Called in when a script cannot wait for the run. Dispatched from the nearest active vehicle, typically collected within 60 minutes.

Commercial-grade ice boxes and ice packs on every route, sized for the run and the weather.
CUSTODY CHAIN
Narcotics and controlled substances
Signed out of your counter and signed in at the door, with the holding driver named at every point. Drivers are trained on secure handling before their first route.
RECONCILED DAILY
Cash on delivery
We collect, count and reconcile against your order the same day. You get the figure and the receipt, not a shortfall discovered a week later.
REVERSE LEG
Prescription and form collection
Scripts, signed forms and returns collected from the patient on the same visit, so a delivery is not two trips.

SUNDAYS & STAT HOLIDAYS
Emergency deliveries
