This isn't food delivery

Every route is prescriptions. That means training before your first drop, a background check, and rules about cold chain and custody that a restaurant order doesn't have. It also means the rate is higher — this work isn't interchangeable with a food app, and we don't pay as if it were.

What a shift looks like

Four things happen on every drop.

  1. 01

    Collect from the pharmacy

    Pick up sealed orders at the counter and scan each one out, so custody starts with you.

  2. 02

    Hold the cold chain

    Fridge items ride in insulated boxes and go straight to the door — no stops in between.

  3. 03

    Deliver against signature

    Hand the order to the patient or their authorised person and capture the signature at the door.

  4. 04

    Close the record

    Mark the drop complete before you leave the street, so the pharmacy sees it as it happens.
