Refrigerated items travel in commercial-grade ice boxes with ice packs, sized for the run and the weather. Live temperature logging is on our roadmap and not yet available.

Patient privacy
Drivers are trained on privacy before their first route. Labels stay sealed, addresses are not shared between drops, and route data is not sold to anyone.

Records on demand
Ask for any delivery from the last seven years and you get the timestamps, temperature log, signature and COD reconciliation as one document.

Technology as a shield
MWS Connect is built to exchange delivery, custody and status data with the systems pharmacies already run on, rather than requiring a switch to ours. Records are available in standard, exportable formats so your own systems can consume them without manual re-entry.
